Use of the Zeswa platform.

These terms summarize your responsibilities when using Bell Method assessments, insights, and services. Your signed order form may override specific clauses.

1. Agreement

By activating a Zeswa workspace you agree to the Master Subscription Agreement, Bell Method IP protections, and data processing addendum.

2. Usage

Customers manage seat assignments, assessment templates, and integrations. You must honor candidate privacy requirements and share Zeswa insights responsibly.

3. Billing

Fees are based on contracted seats, Bell Method modules, and optional talent scientist services. Overages are invoiced monthly with detailed reporting.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Exports remain available for 60 days and Bell Method IP must be deleted afterwards.
